Initiation - 开始
Together, we prepare the foundation for future success. At the beginning, a Mannhart Consultant conducts a full Needs Analysis to determine and analyze your goals and needs. For companies, a 'Corporate Needs Analysis' assesses the current situation, focusing on certain areas that need immediate improvement in order to achieve maximum employee operational ability. Feedback channels are defined and whilst a training project may vary depending upon the nature of its scope, it is always based on sound training project management practices.

Course Design and Planning - 课程设计和规划
We now have all the information required to arrange a combination of modules for your perfect training solution. Together, we design and plan your course, and prepare your unique study plan according to the defined time frame and specified requirements.

Progress and Performance Evaluation - 进步和表现评估
After commencing a course, we routinely check your or your employees progress and performance in the defined areas to ensure we are heading in the right direction. The key for an efficient course is flexibility. The speed of progress, together with your evaluations, will tell us about any required course adjustments.
开课后，我们会定期测评您或者您员工的进步和表现，以确保努力方向的准确性。高效的培训课程关键在于其灵活性，您的进步速度以及您对我们教学的评价会指导我们对课程作出必要的调整。
Course End and 'Pit Stop' - 课程结束以及"汇报练习"
Provided all course requirements are met (including attendance, performance and motivation levels), you or your employees will receive a Mannhart Consultants certificate outlining the final competency profile and all modules completed during the course.
Three months after course termination, we offer a free debriefing or 'Pit Stop'. This helps us fine-tune the practicality of our courses and gives you the chance to arrange additional training or course material based on your own experiences.
完成课程后，如果所有课程均达到了学习要求（包括出勤率、表现和积极性），您或者您的员工将得到一份注明所学课程以及培训后水平的安真商务证书。
课程结束后的三个月，我们将提供提供免费汇报练习，一则帮助我们调整课程安排，二则您也可以借此机会根据您的实际情况预定其它的培训或课程资料。 | |
