After its establishment in 2003 by Andy Mannhart, the company moved into high quality communication and business training. A superior solution for all language and communication issues, Mannhart Consultants aims to deliver exactly what our clients need and want. Mannhart Consultants is still chaired by Andy Mannhart.

Reto Tomasini MSc, PMP was appointed the Director in 2006. Swiss-born with the knowledge of four languages, he brings a practical knowledge which is vital in understanding the needs of his clients. Having visited and conducted business in more than 50 countries himself, he is truly in the footsteps of the founder of the company. Before Reto relocated to China he was a senior manager, managing projects with multinational teams for Swiss banks.

In 2007, Australian-born Joanna Williams joined the company and was appointed as a Partner. As an experienced and CELTA-qualified English trainer in the local market, and with a background in the jewellery and luxury goods industry, she brought her training knowledge, management experience and passion for fine quality to the organization.

Mannhart Consultants 至今仍由Andy Mannhart先生领导。2006年，Reto Tomasini MSc PMP加入公司，任公司经理一职。Reto先生出生于瑞士，精通四种语言，他丰富的实践知识有助于对客户需求的理解。他曾走访50多个国家，是公司元老级人物。来中国前，Reto先生曾在瑞士任高级经理，与跨国团队一起为瑞士银行管理各大项目。

2007年，来自澳大利亚的Joanna Williams 作为合伙人加入公司。Joanna是位经验丰富并拥有CELTA资格的培训师，而且具有珠宝行业和奢侈品行业的深厚工作背景，她的加入为团队注入了丰富的培训知识、管理经验和追求高质量的热情。
